I have a fiberglass fuselage N - 82 197 RM. Sailing with the file: - 8754 and I want to know who `s the story, or at least that was built and its 1st Owner.

You can search by the ID code for the producers (MIC), a part of the hull identification code (NIC). It is usually a three-letter code, Unfortunally are only two letters "RM". If you can identify a third card, then go to
